Meet the Founder
Ogbondah M. Amadi, Sr. is acting President and Owner. Amadi, Sr. began his construction career as an apprentice electrician with IBEW Local 292 where he also served on the COPE (Committee on Political Education) Committee. During his apprenticeship, Amadi, Sr. developed additional skills in welding, conduit fabrication, PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controls), Building Automation and becoming a certified High Voltage cable splicer.
Today, Amadi, Sr. is a pillar and leader in his community, providing affordable housing and through A. Gardner Builders Construction and Design, plans to develop low-income housing in the greater N. Minneapolis area. Amadi, Sr. continues to be a motivator and a figure of inspiration for disadvantaged communities.
Ogbondah Amadi, Sr. enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, watching youth football, outdoor adventures, action movies, new foods (West African dishes and Mexican foods are his favorites) and for relaxation, he chooses the cigar and cognac bar. Above all, Ogbondah loves to give back through providing gainful employment and inspiring others in the community.
